Long Description: Scuba Diving is a popular activity at Sherkston Shores. Our 27 acre spring-fed Quarry Lake provides the ultimate location to enjoy a leisurely dive with friends. Explore remnants of the century-old quarry mining operation that exist on the quarry floor over 35 ft below. All Scuba Divers in the quarry must be certified and provide proper certification. Before diving, divers must declare themselves at our office and sign a liability waiver. No additional charge applies other than regular beach admission. Sherkston Shores does not rent Scuba Diving equipment, nor do we teach Scuba lessons. However, these services are available from local dive operations.
